Rob Roy has been publishing forecasts of U.S. portland cement
consumption by state since 1979. Each state is forecast using
three alternative scenarios for a 30-year period. National
economic and construction conditions are evaluated and forecast,
along with the international setting. Published at least
twice a year.

conjunction with U.S. Cement Forecast. Five-year forecasts are
available for 361 U.S. metropolitan areas for portland cement, masonry
cement, ready-mix concrete, aggregate, and concrete products. Published
