your computer, fill it out and send it by e-mail, fax, or

A Note on Pricing: |
Ordering metropolitan area reports is
complicated because each one is custom made to the
client's specifications concerning the building
materials and geographic areas included. Each report
consists of 1-5 different building materials -- portland
cement, masonry cement, aggregate, ready mix concrete,
and other concrete products -- plus data on population
and construction activity for the geographic areas
ordered. You can order reports for individual
metropolitan areas from the list of 361 available, for
states and their metropolitan areas, for regions and
their states and metropolitan areas, or any combination
of the above. Each report price
has three components: 1) the report preparation fee, 2)
the base cost, and 3) the cost of each building material
ordered. The report preparation fee does not increase if
you order multiple regions, states, or metropolitan
areas. It is a fixed cost whether you order one or many
regions, states, or metropolitan areas. There is a base
cost for each geographic area ordered regardless of the
number of building materials ordered. Finally, there is
a charge for each building material ordered per
geographic area. All reports include data on population
and construction activity. |
